Refund & Cancellation

Every single piece designed & produced in Sayf.love Pvt Ltd goes through stringent quality checks before dispatch. Unevenness in color & texture of the product is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of the product and sustainable processes. To this effect, we do not offer cash refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. 

Although we do NOT accept returns; Refunds are processed based on fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items in the form of exchange. If you have any inquiries about size, please feel free to  Contact Us.

All our orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in case of either damaged product, return or size exchange, please write to sayf.love143@gmail.com with the subjectline: RETURNS. Products sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. SAYF must be notified within 24 hours of receipt products about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept exchange within 15 days.

Please note, we won’t refund any credit to bank account.
